Returns & Refunds Policy

What you can return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If you simply changed your mind, or the racket doesn’t suit your style, you may still return it — as long as it meets the condition requirements below.

Return window

You have 3 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this window can’t be accepted.

Condition of the item

Returned rackets must be in new, unused condition. Please make sure the item includes:

• The original protective cover and all packaging
• Any tags, stickers and included accessories
• No signs of play, court marks, scuffs or grip wear

Rackets that have been used on court or damaged through misuse cannot be returned for a refund (this does not affect your rights if the item arrived faulty).

Return shipping & fees

Returns are handled by mail. A prepaid return label is included in the package, so you don’t pay for return shipping. There is no restocking fee — the return costs you nothing.

Exchanges

Prefer a different model or spec? We accept exchanges. Let us know which racket you’d like when you contact us, and we’ll arrange the swap once your original item is on its way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 10 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll arrange a bank transfer or store credit — whichever you prefer.
